During my adult life I have released a bunch of habits that no longer serve me: nail biting, self hate, shaming my own body, toxic codependent romantic obsession, investing in friendships that don’t nourish me, drinking coffee, drinking alcohol, sugar, dairy, soy, gluten, for a time corn, late night netflix binging, criticizing people I love and more!
In this episode I talk about how I did that, my mindset and tons of advice for releasing habits that aren't serving you and focusing on habits that nourish instead. But first and foremost, you're valuable just as you are and nothing needs to change for you to be worthy of love! (And love creates a great environment for change where shame creates a toxic environment for change!)
