A year after moving into a tiny house in the forest I reflect on how it has taught me about change. Mushrooms in the forest show me unexpected variety and inevitable decay. The older population I live amongst teach me about change and death. I talk about how choosing our perception is our point of most power--how we frame the world around us and the attitudes we keep determine the experiences we have with our challenges.
