I've wanted to be big and strong for as long as I can remember, but it took me years to take my fitness to a level I'm happy with. Here I share many of the lessons I've learned along the way. A few main lessons: the shift happens more in mindset than body, its SIMPLE but not EASY, you have to make it into/a part of lifestyle (consistency is key).
