In today’s episode I am going to take you on a deeper dive into meditation as a daily practice to de-stress, activate awareness, calm yourself down, re-connect with the present, let your thoughts flow freely, and basically just have some moments of relaxation, calmness and mindfulness, which we all need in our lives – whether we realize it or not. Toward the end of the show I offer 5 benefits of meditation that everybody should know.  Remember, you will never know how effective this is until you try it.  So, I encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and meditate today.
