Just in time for the 2023 NCAA Men's Final Four, we speak in this episode with college basketball superfan, Craig Caswell, who in February attended the Lehigh University at American University game in AU's Bender Arena and, in so doing, completed his quest to see every NCAA Division I basketball team play in person. Yes, you read that correctly, over a 12-year period of time Craig has seen all 363 NCAA Division I teams play in person. During our conversations with Craig we learn of his origin story as a sports fan and he dishes on some of his most memorable moments along this quixotic journey that's taken him from coast-to-coast watching college hoops. His favorite venue (Hint: It's an ACC school but not the one you might think), how he first became a college hoops fan (it actually involved a Division II school), some of the venues he still hopes to visit, and how his wife, Jaclyn, is both his biggest supporter (and travel partner) as well as an outstanding co-pilot ... especially during one harrowing trek to Niagara University.
It is a fascinating tale told by a fascinating and dedicated individual and we certainly hope you enjoy it.
