Im sure we've all been there. Whether you feel like your on the edge of burning yourself out, are in the middle of burn out or are just desperate to prevent it, this ep is for you! I feel like I need to cure from years of habitual burnout so I really wanted to make an episode dedicated to burnout because I think its so important to be aware of it. In this ep we talk about the stages of burnout, my personal view / experience and how ro prevent it/cure it. Get cosy, its a long one.
