Recently I realised I might be too self aware for my own good, constantly overthinking & overanalysing. My opinion on this changes throughout the episode as I realise maybe being self aware and overthinking isn't the problem, its the judgement that follows. If you feel like maybe you're too self aware, are constantly over analysing yourself or judge yourself for your own thoughts and feelings, this one is for you.
