In this episode, Nathan, Brad, and Joshua talk with Lee Wideman about joining the Baba Java team. He specifically talks about his sales experience and what he is doing to best serve Baba Java customers through Client Services.
"Anybody can sell something," said Lee." But what we want to do is make sure the client is taken care of. And we do want to sell them our product because we believe it’s important, but if we want to continue to have that relationship we want to educate our clients on what is excellent coffee, how do we make sure we serve excellent coffee, and what is the story behind that excellent coffee.” -Lee.
Nathan is the president and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his son, Joshua Parvin in 2018. Nathan serves as the big-picture visionary that pioneers strategic growth in all internal and external Baba Java endeavors.
Brad is the Vice President of Operations and long-time close friend to Nathan. Brad inspired the business concept at the very heart of Baba Java and continues to instill their values in day-to-day operations. Without Brad, Baba Java would not exist as it is today.
Joshua Parvin is the Baba Java International Lead and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his dad, Nathan Parvin. Josh serves as both a big visionary and day-to-day manager at Baba Java Coffee.
Lee Wideman has been working for Baba Java for the past few months as Director of Client Services. He leads a team of professionals to strategize, sell and distribute our products to the greater Birmingham area and beyond.
