In this episode, Nathan, Brad, and Joshua interview Nicholas Hanna, barista for Baba Java Coffee and production assistant to CoffeeU. Nicholas tells us how he came to work at BJC and how his role has changed. We get to know him more as we hear about his previous work experience and journey with coffee, as well as his insight on marriage after a few weeks with his bride.

Nathan is the president and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his son, Joshua Parvin in 2018. Nathan serves as the big-picture visionary that pioneers strategic growth in all internal and external Baba Java endevours.
Brad is the Vice President of Operations and long-time close friend to Nathan. Brad inspired the business concept at the very heart of Baba Java and continues to instill their values in day-to-day operations. Without Brad, Baba Java would not exist as it is today.
Joshua Parvin is the Baba Java International Lead and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his dad, Nathan Parvin. Josh serves as both a big visionary and day-to-day manager at Baba Java Coffee.
Nicholas Hanna has been working for Baba Java since March of 2022 and quickly became a beloved team member both behind the bar and behind the camera. He is vastly talented and has allowed those talents to shape Baba Java Coffee in such a positive way.
