In this episode, Nathan, Brad, Abby and Josh introduce some brew methods used at the cafe and at home. We get to know our head barista at Baba Java Coffee and we learn how Abigail came to make coffee her career. 

"Because customer service is a huge part of what we do, and we want to provide excellent customer service, it's hard to do that when you're focused on one job, " said Brad. "When you're doing a pour over, you can't really talk to people. you have to be focused on that. So, I wanted to take the human element out of that, so that Baristas are free to do other things...It allows are baristas to grind, start the brew, give a little swirl and then they are free to do something else for the next couple of minutes while it brews" - Brad speaking to our Pour Steady brewing method.

Nathan is the president and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his son, Joshua Parvin in 2017. Nathan serves as the big-picture visionary that pioneers strategic growth in all internal and external Baba Java endevours.

Brad is the Vice President of Operations and long-time close friend to Nathan. Brad inspired the business concept at the very heart of Baba Java and continues to instill their values in day-to-day operations. Without Brad, Baba Java would not exist as it is today.

Abigail Phillips is the head barista at Baba Java Coffee. She serves as our head trainer, our lead drink innovator and our knowledgeable expert on all things brewing.

Joshua Parvin is the Baba Java International Lead and co-founder of Baba Java Coffee. He founded Baba Java Coffee alongside his dad, Nathan Parvin. Josh serves as both a big visionary and day-to-day manager at Baba Java Coffee.
