Episode 41 | Going Off All Of My Meds!? 2019 Update... You won't believe it...

=====================================================

I have reached an internal crisis that has prevented me from achieving success at living my life.  I have stopped 3 medications at one point for a month and it all went downhill from there.  I've decided to put myself back on cymbalta to make life a little more tolerable.  I've been so hard on my self for my increasing weight gain (175.8 lbs), 4.4 lbs up from last month 2/9/19 - 3/9/19 that it has triggered negative energy and I've become increasingly suicidal.  I even put a time limit to how long I should live which was 12/31/2019.  I believe that since I am 32, not married (nor divorced), have no kids, my popularity on youtube composing is going no where, and the fact that I have no stable job are reasons why I have threatened to commit suicide at a set date.

P.S.  I only wanted to reduce my medications so I could lose weight but its not working.  Plenty of people on my other videos suggest I get off all of my medications.  So far not a very good idea.

NOTE: I mean lithium 1200 mg at 0:52
