B1 ADOS Black folks we gotta wake up and smell the loud because they are trying to Erase Black People (Black Men Especially) So we gotta start educating ourselves about who the real enemy is and stop bickering and taking from one another. Meanwhile, on a policy level we are being written out of resources, privlages, etc and history. We are the only people with Undeniable Justifiable Grievance with this country. And It is time to CUT THE CHECK!

Inclusion has been a big theme for me over the last couple of years and finding the perfect balance of pro-blackness and business saavy and being inclusive. I am pro black, I believe in Black, I support Black, and I support everyone else in the marketplace; customers, business associates etc. that are chasing their dreams no matter what color they are. Business is about green, not about pro blackness. Asian people are very Pro Asian, but you don’t see the having signs that say Asians only (Well not all of them, but because they practice group economics, in some of their markets, they can do without the black dollars and have their own dollars funnel into those businesses!
Going through difficult challenges has been a biggie too! I have been dealing with so much challeneges that I know I am about due for a major blessing, which will be the achievement of my goals in network marketing industry! Like I fell off my bike, lost a whole bunch of money and the story goes on! Just little shit, that if you let it get to you, can throw you off course like a mofo! Another challenge has been staying consistent in the seeing task through until they are completed. I don’t want to be like the developer that goes all around town building foundations only, and never completing the whole house You feel me?
Communication has been another skill that I believe we should all consider getting better at. The better we can communicate with people, we accomplish our goals faster because at the end of the day we need people. People are how we make money and get to the next level. But first we have to consider getting better at communicating with people, building rapport and having conversation with preselected people (Ill do an episode just about this), building intimacy, understanding the needs and challenges, and then offering a solution to a problem that they are having!
