She had the passion, the drive and all the signs telling her to start her own jewelry line...but right after quitting her 9-5 job as a jewelry designer for a company and taking the leap to start her own business, the challenges started rolling in one after another. The ones that make you question "Is this the right time? should I still do this?".
She talks about all the of family challenges she faced during the first year, how she personally swerved through them and why she kept such a sharp stubborn (her words!) focus on her goal to keep Sierra Winter Jewelry running.
