Dr. Basuraj Bhowmik is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the IIT BHU. He received his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the IIT Guwahati and graduated from NIT Agartala with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Prior to IIT(BHU), He was a Postdoc Research Fellow at University College Dublin, Ireland.
His awards include the Best Reviewer Award at CTCS 2022 and the prestigious MILCA Award for Academics by the Confederation of Indian Industries. He is also an international award recipient in the form of the coveted Research Excellence Award at the Annual MaREI Symposium, Ireland.
