A software developer is someone who knows about softwares and their end to end life cycle. In order to achieve that a person has to go through various phases in one's life starting from degree and then finally placement of job.
In this episode I am joined by two of my friends and fellow software Engineers ; Mr Sumit Kumar and Mr Monu Mishra. We discussed about various burning topics in the Industry at this moment viz. job cuts, automation, Work from home, Job bubble, job market currently and many more.

- How to adapt to a new Work culture? Once we switch from one company to another, initially it is difficult. So how to adjust?
