JP talks with Ryan Ketton on how to go from RainMaker Agent to Starting a Team
Degree in Finance and Real Estate, Did appraisals a couple of years right after college and then worked in management for a few years before moving into the Healthcare sales field for about a decade. I then transitioned to the Director of Client Services for a startup Healthcare company for a year and a half before I started to some consulting work. One of those companies was a Real Estate Investment Company, which sparked my interest back in real estate.
Realtor since April 2017.

Realtor of the Year 2019. Hopefully this year I win! Ha. Awards Banquet is 2-7. Serves on several boards
CARES Organization which serves the community by helping struggling families.
- monthly meetings to advise
- MC’d mostly trivia night fundraisers
Jingle Bell Ball Charity (provides toys to underserved kids in the community and helps support CARES financially)
- monthly meetings to advise and plan
- participated & served at the event in a hosting capacity and support of silent auction
Support Our Troops
- partnering with local schools to have them write letters for soldiers stationed overseas
- provide care packages to solids around Memorial Day (the letters are one part of the care package)

- a collaborative partnership with other eXp agents in our market to give money back directly to teachers at local schools
