A serial killer is terrorizing women on the streets of Tampa, Florida during the 1980s. There is a mountain of evidence, but it only ties the victims together, showing the women were murdered by the same person. With no leads, the detectives seem to be going nowhere with the case. However, the strength and will of one young woman may be exactly what they need to point them in the right direction.
