This episode of Handle With Care features the show's first ever guest, Leah Powell. Leah is completing her Masters Degree in Social Work at which point she hopes to work in a clinical therapy setting. She also happens to be Hannah's cousin! Leah helps us understand the four attachment styles: secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized. We discuss how our attachment styles are developed, how they affect our relationships, and ways to move toward secure attachments in all our relationships.
