While yes, I do believe that "done is better than perfect," and in this episode I will argue that this slogan can become a crutch. I reveal what happens when it does become a crutch - in my business.
If you are like me and enjoy "getting things done," this episode may be a challenge for you. I "confess" about some areas of my business that have "suffered" because I leaned too heavily on the "done is better than perfect" wisdom.
Like anything, we can misuse something intended for good. In this episode, I will challenge you to take inventory and see if you can find ONE area that may need a little more "care" in your business, to yield a much greater result!
