Description

Rev. Janice Davis-Lee joined me in 2020 to talk about mental health.  She is involved on a daily basis working with families on faith based issues. She is a faith-based leader, a Suffragan Bishop over Washington State in the Alaska-Huron District Council (Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc).  She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters of Business Administration in Health Management, and is a phenomenal speaker in her own right.  Her passions is to inform and educate about mental health issues, especially suicide prevention.  The CDC.gov says that every 11 minutes a life is lost to suicide.  It is the second largest cause of death of people ages 10-34 (2019).  We must keep the spotlight shining on this issue.  Every life on this planet is precious.  If you know someone is in crisis call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, or use the online suicide prevention chat line at www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org.  You can email Bishop Janice at J.music.davis@gmail.com or message her at Janice Davis Ministries Inc. on Facebook.
