In order to draw anything from above, the Zohar teaches us the significance of how we approach God in prayer. In Parshat Yitro we learn how to get closer to God in prayer - fear. This fear is not one where you tremble in horror but rather, a fear based on respect for you are approaching the King of kings. Be aware of how you pray so that it is not based on demand for your desires and wishes, rather a respected process between you and the Creator. Use prayer as a tool to approach God with awe for whom you are standing before.
