Multicultural is defined as "of, relating to, reflecting, or adapted to diverse cultures". It's the year 2020. Most of our families are of mixed race, culture, sexuality, gender roles, and religious beliefs, yet being multicultural forces us all to think of people other than ourselves. Are we willing to do so if it cost us our pride? Not our values, sanity, and wellness, but our pride? Garrett Green is the Director of Multicultural Student Engagement at Augusta University. He seeks to help students of all backgrounds tap into their skills as well as gain awareness about other people's culture and individuality.
