3. According to the foreign ministry on Sunday, Russian deputy foreign minister Andrey Rudenko visited Seoul last Friday. Rudenko’s visit came a day after Moscow's Foreign Ministry spokesperson publicly criticized President Yoon Suk Yeol for his remarks on North Korea as being "blatantly biased."
