1. North Korea was observed to have failed at launching another missile on Wednesday, which is the first test after Yoon Suk-yoel was elected as president. The Joint Chiefs of Staff said that it is now investigating more to find out the projectile model.
2. The Russian Foreign Ministry imposed individual sanctions on the top thirteen U.S. officials, including president Joe Biden on Tuesday.
