2. South Korea and Japan failed to reach an agreement after the second round of talks held on Wednesday to discuss the details of the Fukushima wastewater inspection. South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo said that it is the IAEA and Tokyo's job to inspect the wastewater onsite and that Seoul will check their inspection process.
