2. South Korea's military reported Wednesday that North Korea had fired two short-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea just before Kim Jong-un's summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Joint Chiefs of Staff said it detected the launches from an area in or around {순안}Sunan in Pyongyang between 11:43 a.m. and 11:53 a.m.

3. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol on Wednesday announced new ministers in a partial Cabinet shakeup. A presidential chief of staff said during a press briefing that Rep. {신원식}Shin Won-sik is to replace the current Defense Minister, {유인촌}Yoo In-chon was named the new culture minister, and {김행}Kim Haing was named the new minister of gender equality and family.
