1.President Yoon Suk Yeol and Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong held summit talks Tuesday and signed a supply chain partnership arrangement, resolving to enhance bilateral cooperation on supply chains for strategic goods in the energy and biotechnology industries.

2.According to tentative data from the Bank of Korea on Tuesday, South Korea posted a current account surplus for the fourth consecutive month in August, on the back of robust chip exports. The current account surplus came to six-point-six billion dollars in August.

3.The official paper of North Korea's Workers’ Party, Rodong Sinmun, on Tuesday reported that leader Kim Jong-un said he has no intention of attacking South Korea, but will not rule out the use of nuclear weapons if an enemy attempts to use force against the North.
