1. South Korea’s Presidential Office said Sunday that President Yoon Suk Yeol and Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman agreed to deepen and develop the strategic partnership between the two countries as they held a summit in Riyadh.

2. The ruling People Power Party on Monday approved Yohan Ihn, South Korea’s first special naturalized citizen and doctor, as the chairman of the party’s innovation committee. Speaking to reporters, Ihn vowed to push for “unity” and complete change within the PPP.

3. South Korea’s agricultural ministry on Monday reported four additional cases of lumpy skin disease (LSD), bringing the total number of cases nationwide to 14. The country reported its first LSD case in South Chungcheong Province last Friday. LSD affects cattle and buffalo, but not humans.
