1. South Korea’s Presidential Office said Wednesday that President Yoon Suk Yeol and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamin bin Hamad Al Thani agreed to upgrade the two countries’ relations to a “comprehensive strategic partnership” as they held a summit in Doha.
