1. South Korea’s Presidential Office said Wednesday that President Yoon Suk Yeol and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamin bin Hamad Al Thani agreed to upgrade the two countries’ relations to a “comprehensive strategic partnership” as they held a summit in Doha.

2. South Korea’s Constitutional Court ruled Thursday that the legislative procedures for the so-called “Yellow Envelope Bill'' and a revision to the Broadcast Act are not invalid. Both laws were directly presented to a plenary session of the National Assembly.

3. Data from the Bank of Korea released on Thursday shows that South Korea’s economy recorded a slight growth, as real gross domestic product rose 0-point-6 percent on-quarter during the July to September period.
