Oh avoidance, the relationship we have built with one another over the years. I'll bet you have one too-- a relationship with putting the things off that might be a bit too hot to touch. The fear of being trapped in a hard emotion. It is so real.
I am seeing this expand all around me in this ME v YOU worldview, and I want to yap about it and how we can, just maybe, move beyond it in our own lives.
