Today is the first episode of the One Degree Shift series – Episode 1 – Focus on Just One Degree
- Often, we feel that we have to make drastic, dramatic shifts. But I want you to focus on just ONE DEGREE
- Did you know that when a plane is flying cross country, the pilot focuses on the tiniest of adjustments to keep the plane headed to its final destination? Pilots don’t make u turns and neither should you!
- Let’s take something really simple – you hate living in your messy house. Rather than trying to gut it from top to bottom. Just pick one space – it can even be a drawer if a room is too big – and go clean up that space. Then stop and relish in the way it looks and feels. Do you feel that? Hold on to that feeling.
- Now think about your life – what is your change you want.
- What is just one small thing you can do today to head in that direction.
- My challenge to you this week is to look for one-degree shifts and make them!
