Alex, Brian, Joe and Ant sit down to discuss the events of the week. The guys discuss the upcoming presidential election in light of heart attack Bernie Sanders had and the ramping up of impeachment talk surrounding Donald Trump.
The guys also address the suspicious murder of 28 year old Joshua Brown, a key witness in the Amber Guyger Trial for the murder of 26 year old Botham Jean.
On a lighter note, the fellas took time to highlight the black excellence of Tyler Perry. They might not be big fans of his art, but becoming the first black man to own a full fledged movie studio is something that they all salute to the upmost.
In further black excellence news, the guys wanted to salute 50 cent for his many media projects in the works. They think we should all look forward to his hip-hop crime docuseries that will highlight some of the most compelling criminal cases involving key figures in the hip-hop community.
In further media news, the guys think you should watch “Raising Dion” on Netflix. “Raising Dion” is a series adapted from a 2015 comic book of the same name. The story centers around a black single mother raising an exceptional little boy with super powers.
To round it out, the guys talked about sports which let to the clashing of our resident NFL expert Alex and our resident NBA expert Brian. We had a lot of fun this episode and we hope you enjoy it.
