Today, we have a guest, Barb, whom I met just a week ago. She is a non-diet trainer and first-generation Czech-American, born in Texas, raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She's dedicated to moving joyfully, training intentionally, and eating intuitively to live a bigger life off the scale while having the brain space to do the work to heal ourselves and the world to dismantle systems of oppression. As an ACE-certified personal group trainer and Behavior Change Specialist as well as Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, she focuses on actions over aesthetics.
