As part of developing our EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE it's important to know what is happening physically to our bodies when we are under stress. By identifying our physical triggers and setting a peaceful plan of action in place ahead of time we can start to turn things around when we feel our Fight, Flight or Freeze mechanism activated... A.k.a. when things don't go our way and we are like a Hot Pot ready to explode.
Let's peacefully and gracefully turn down the heat and remember we are in control of our emotions, but like everything else in life to get better at it, it takes time and lots of practice!
