There are many day-to-day challenges and losses that we need to process and overcome. Be it a loss of an opportunity, a growing distance from a good friend, a loss of the old self or even the loss of a pet.
Not all these losses are of the same magnitude and they might impact us in different ways. We're also very different and we won't feel the same emotions about various unhappy life events. But there are certain things we all can do, no matter what loss we're dealing with at the moment.
