While there are some who believe that Balance doesn’t exist, I think that there are ways that we are able to create routines and systems that can lead to feeling in balance.
It is true that we can’t be in more than once place at a time, but we are able to be fully present where we are, if we are able and willing to create and lean on our villages of support.
Forgiving and releasing ourselves from the guilt we feel will also allow for balance to created.
