Have you heard the saying, “You can choose your friends, but you can’t choose your family”?
There is a lot of truth in that statement and as adults, who have some life experience behind us, this is even more relevant now.
I say often to my friends, and to myself to be honest, that while it does “take a village to raise a child”, we as women also need our own community.
In this episode I share the different “members” of my community that I have been intentional with curating, and why they are so important to me.
I encourage you to build your own tribe, those trusted individuals who you can lean on, stand-in for, and just support as we continue through this journey of life.
We are not meant to live in this world alone and I believe with the right support system for YOU in place, the sky is the limit and you will be able to live in the desired state you want.
