I have talked about peace a lot, mainly because as I get older I crave more of it.

It is becoming a necessary part of my life, as it directs my actions, my reactions, the flow of my day, and is part of my mental and emotional foundational blocks.

To be honest I set my weekly intentions typically on Sunday’s, because that is the day I set as the start of my week.

If all is going well, I start the week refilling my soul, refueling my body, and resetting my mind. It’s in this third part where I focus on setting my intentions for the week.

By interweaving peace into each area it allows for me to reach my daily goals from a pro-active space versus flying by the seat of my pants ❤️

In this episode I address this important topic and also bring in its BFF…boundaries!!

Boundaries made, communicated, and enforced will lead to the peace you desire.
