Improving our body and our minds is something that we actively do every day to make sure we are living up to our full potential. Not only does it allow us to achieve better results, but (more importantly) it also allows us to feel better. We realized it was time for us to move out of the apartment gym and into a full-sized public gym. We talk about our gym shopping experience and some of the books we are currently reading to better our mindsets.
