Chris and Joanna have a new podcast! And on this episode, Christian reminisces on the times when he was doing real estate and flipping houses. For a second, he wanted to go back and make money doing that again. He talked to his girlfriend and told her how he briefly missed doing that, and she reminded him that back in 2016, he was going out in the middle of the night and putting out those “we buy houses CASH“ signs for hours on end, making endless phone calls and didn’t even begin seeing any results for another year and a half. She said the phase we’re currently in looks very familiar and mirrors the early times of Christian’s real estate business. She sees a bright future because of our persistence.
