Tip 1 - View it as an educational tool
Tip 2 - Don’t let MyFitnessPal determine your starting Calories/Macros
Tip 3 - Have a Strategy/Game plan
Tip 4 - Track your meals before eating
Tip 5 - You can still eat similar meals
Tip 6 - Weigh in grams and mls, not cups/spoons
Tip 7 - Look for Verified options
Tip 8 - Gamify your tracking
Tip 9 - Tare the scale
Tip 10 - Eat predominantly whole foods (80/20 rule)
Tip 11 - Pay attention to serving sizes on prepackaged food
Tip 12 - When eating out, track individual ingredients rather than a generic entry
Tip 13 - Have some just fat/carbs/protein food options
Tip 14 - Don’t be neurotic, close enough is good enough to macros 
Tip 15 - Track everything! (BLT’s) If it has calories track it
