Commandment #1 - Bring a towel/wipe up your sweat
Commandment #2 - Don’t hog the equipment (circuits)
Commandment #3 - Work in with others (busy gym)
Commandment #4 - Re-rack your weights, put equipment back
Commandment #5 - Don’t drop weights/respect the equipment
Commandment #6 - Be respectful of others/personal space
Commandment #7. - Wear deodorant/but don’t overdo it
Commandment #8 - Wear appropriate clothing
Commandment #9 - No excessive grunting or loud conversations
Commandment #10 - Don’t give unsolicited advice
Commandment #11 - Don’t stare/gawk
Commandment #12 - Never film anyone without consent
Commandment #13 - Remember to smile
