Ali Brigginshaw is one of Australia’s most talented athletes — and I don't mean 'just' for a girl! As a rugby league player in the Australian Jillaroos, she led them to World Cup glory twice and was even named 'Woman of the Match' in 2017. Now, she plays on a state level with the Brisbane Broncos and spends much of her time mentoring young women in her community. Alongside Em Rusciano and Flex Mami, she’s also one of three Mrs Claus flipping the narrative on gender roles as part of the Body Shop's game-changing campaign. I loved chatting to Ali about what the training schedule of an athlete *really* looks like, why she’s only just recently started using a calendar, why giving back is such an important part of her daily life and so much more.
