Em Rusciano is one of Australia’s most recognisable faces and voices. Having first sparkled onto our radar on Australian Idol she’s forged a successful career as a singer, comedian, author, tv and radio presenter and the force behind her own one woman show, Rage and Rainbows. She’s also a mum of three and this year, is an ambassador for The Body Shop's Mrs Claus campaign, which is changing the conversation around gender roles at Christmas. I chatted to Em about how she manages work around being the mother of a young baby, why anxiety is superpower — and the boundaries she puts in place to help manage it — how she keeps flexibility in her routine for spur of the moment creativity and more!
