Russ Rosenband is the founder of The Lot Next Door, an ideas-driven real estate, hospitality and start-up consulting and investment firm based in Brooklyn, NY. A licensed real estate broker in the state of New York, Russ also works with emerging restaurant/retail brands and their investors on site selection and real estate strategy.
Russ has extensive experience developing distinct destinations and multi-tenant food & beverage outlets across multiple markets such as The Market Line in Manhattan, Building 77 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and The Roost in Washington, DC.
Prior to founding the Lot Next Door, Russ served as Vice President of Development at The Prusik Group, a NY-based real estate developer focused on retail and mixed-use assets throughout the tri-state area.
