When I first started in commercial real estate, I jumped on LinkedIn to see what was going on and there were just a handful of professionals who were on there and contributing on daily basis. One of them was this guy, Barry Wolfe. Barry is a Senior Managing Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap where he works with developers, investors, 1031 exchange buyers in helping them to acquire, sell, and develop investment properties with a focus on retail. He's also a former lawyer! But above all that he is really just a wealth of knowledge and an overall great guy who I consider a friend.
