In this week's special TRUE CRIME episode, our featured guest is Zenetia Henry, CEO/Founder of Operation Recovery, Inc., ChoZen Journey LLC., & Mississippi State Lead for Voices of Black Mothers United. Zenetia is a Minister, Grieving Hope Coach, & Crime Victims Advocate. Operation Recovery was organized with a mission to serve and support parents and children with estranged relationships. In April of 2019, after the murder of her 22 year old son Dre, the mission became much greater.
Through her nonprofit, Operation Recovery, Inc., she supports grieving parents emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and financially. Their work promotes unity and stop violence within the community. She strives to provide positive and life changing opportunities for underserved youth. Ms. Henry and her organization's purpose is growth and expansion to bring back the trustworthiness between the community and law enforcement.
