If you want to find someone to emulate as you age, look no further than my great friend Jim Graham.  He spent a professional career (24 years) in journalism here in NH before becoming the Director of Leadership Communications for my alma mater the University of New Hampshire. Now either of those roles is podcast worthy material, but our conversation resolves around his five decades in endurance sports. Trail running, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, and now gravel bike racing he's seen and done it all. And over all that time he’s learned some incredibly valuable lessons. In fact, I get him to share his Top 10 Tips for Lifelong Fitness. It’s a great list.
