our way. That’s the funny thing about sharing epic experiences with friends, regardless of the outcome the stories bond us together. Although Rich has purposely pivoted away from trail and mountain running (that’s a great story too), we get together at least once a year to host the Ralph Waldo Emerson Trail Race in Concord, NH. Rich talks about the history of the event including why he’s still involved as well as an important update on the new course changes.
