Marleah and James talk about the Sofar Sounds (ok, we were talkin' crazy, they probs didn't do a show in Antarctica) show they saw on 9/4/19 at the Boogie Room featuring Stefan Alexander, Pinkie Promise and Kate Yeager. Marleah has a massive hangover which at times leaves her inarticulate, especially when fanning out over the incredible Stefan Alexander (and also has her accidentally calling Pinkie Promise “Pinkie Swear” at one point, sorry girl but, maybe thatsa future side project?). James, slightly more articulate today, has it bad for Pinkie Promise’s guitar playing and gives a rundown of her unique song stylings. Marleah and James both agree that if you were ever to have a child themed adult birthday party (a bouncy house AND a vodka luge, what could go wrong), Kate Yeager is hands down THE perfect featured act for such a soiree. We’re cross-legged on the floor with our party hats on.
